If you are a school, or a group bringing more than 10 people, please register in advance using the form below. This helps us plan and make sure there’s plenty of space, staff, and resources for everyone to enjoy the day.
To support the health, safety, and wellbeing of all attendees, a revised attendance management process has been implemented for the 2026 Western Victorian Careers Expo. All schools and groups of more than 10 attendees are required to register in advance. The booking system enables us to:
- Effectively manage attendee flow should density limits or other safety requirements be in place at the time of the event
- Allocate appropriate staff for event operations, cleaning, and foot-traffic management
- Ensure exhibitors are prepared with relevant and appropriate resources for visiting groups
- School and group registrations close on Monday 7 June 2026. Please submit one registration per school or group.
